Craig Wright is an Australian computer scientist and businessman who claims to be Satoshi Nakamoto, the pseudonymous creator of Bitcoin. Wright's claim has been met with widespread skepticism, and he has yet to provide conclusive cryptographic proof to substantiate it. His assertions have sparked significant controversy within the crypto community. In addition to his claim of being Satoshi, Wright is associated with Bitcoin SV (Satoshi Vision), a hard fork of Bitcoin Cash, which he promotes as the original vision of Bitcoin. Despite the ongoing debates about his identity, Wright remains a polarizing figure in the cryptocurrency world, and his legal battles continue to draw attention.
