What Happens If I Deposit to the Wrong Network on WEEX?
If you sent crypto to the wrong network or address by mistake, here’s what to know:
- WEEX Cannot Recover Funds Sent to the Wrong Network or Address
- If you withdraw from WEEX to the wrong address, the money is gone forever. WEEX can’t get it back.
- If you deposit a token via an unsupported method or send unsupported tokens to your WEEX account, those funds are lost too.
- WEEX isn’t liable for assets sent on the wrong chain or in wrong formats.
- Your Responsibility
Before any transaction, you must ensure:- You pick the right token.
- You use the correct network (e.g., ERC20, TRC20, BEP20, etc.).
- You enter the right deposit address.
- Always Double-Check Before Depositing
To avoid losing funds:- Confirm the token, network, and address on the deposit page.
Don’t guess. If unsure, talk to our support team via live chat before sending. Being careful is your best defense. Crypto mistakes are often permanent, so check everything first.
