SpaceX xStock (SPCXx) is a tokenized tracking token issued on Solana (SPL) to track the value of SpaceX. It does not represent ownership of SpaceX shares and does not grant voting rights or other shareholder rights. SpaceX, founded by Elon Musk in 2002, is a leading privately held space company headquartered in Hawthorne, California, with its main launch site and Starbase located in Boca Chica, Texas. xStocks are tokenized equity, with each token backed 1:1 by shares of the underlying asset held in custodian custody by a regulator, thus pegging the token price to the underlying asset. xStocks allow you to gain price exposure to the equity of the corresponding company without a traditional brokerage account.
