Odaily News Portnoy Law Firm announced a class action lawsuit against MicroStrategy (NASDAQ: MSTR; STRK; STRF), representing investors who purchased the companys securities between April 30, 2024 and April 4, 2025. The lawsuit accuses the company of exaggerating the expected profitability of its Bitcoin investment strategy and underestimating the associated risks. Earlier news, well-known American law firms Frank R. Cruz and Pomerantz successively announced class action lawsuits against MicroStrategy Incorporated (NASDAQ: MSTR), alleging that the company issued misleading statements to investors between April 30, 2024 and April 4, 2025.
